Sole designer at an early-stage startup, taking a donation platform from a single MVP to four products under one design system. Shipped the mobile app and web platform end to end, from research to handoff, with AI tools in the workflow for illustrations and design assistance.

White-label payment platform for B2B clients, mostly in gambling: a rebrandable transaction-processing tool, transaction dashboards and merchant back office. Turned transaction states, processing flows and multi-currency logic into clear interfaces.

User scenarios and interactive prototypes for high-load interfaces. Maintained the design system and reviewed how new components landed in production.

Brought in by a large sports-projects holding to rebuild design processes and a new design system. Defined the design language for several flagship products, built the component library and mentored a team of 3 designers.
